Local owned restaurant. Staff always ready to fulfill your order. Special thanks to the Rio Claro staff who goes out of their way to cut my sandwich in two so I can eat and drive.
Exceptional customer service from the ladies than attended me. I was thoroughly surprised and this deserves to be recognised. They were really polite, professional and friendly. Only negative was that my veggie sandwich was filled with ketchup I think? Or some dark sauce, which I've never had that before in my sandwich, normally it's dry as I ask for no mayonnaise. The sauce was fine, but it was way too much and same for my partner who had a chicken sandwich, too much sauce. We appreciate that it wasn't too little as some establishments are tight haha but that is my only negative comment. The place looked really clean and they took my order quickly and efficiently.
Chicken need to marinate and show evidence of seasonings, as it appears and taste like if it is just deep fried with possibly only salt. Only eat this chicken for the pepper sauce provided
Used the drive-through. The staff was friendly as usual. I always get excellent customer service at the couva drive-through. I don't go inside. I only use thr drive through. I had a sandwich combo. The fries were long and soft on the inside. The sandwich was large with a succulent flavourful chicken breast.
